Dated 10 Sept., 1502; to be buried in the Church of St. Frembaron of Fowey; to the building of the said Church, "all my part of a ship called the De le An of Fowey;" legacies to Tho. Trevroi (Treffey) and the Vic. of Fowey. Residue to Ric. Haryngton, father-in law, and Thomas Poyle, my brother, whom he appointed executors for the protection of his daughter Joane.
