        ANNE NEWELL, Deceased.
        Pursuant to an Act of Parliament of the 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Property, aud to relieve Trustees." N OTICE is hereby given, that the creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Anne Newell, late of No. 30, York-road, Brighton, in the county of Sussex, Widow (who died on the 15th day of May, 1866, and whose will was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate on the 21st day of June, 1866, by John William Hornbuckle, of No. 15, Spurstowe-road, Amherst-road, in the county of Middlesex, Gentleman, and Anne Arabella Hornbuckle, of No. 30, York-road, Brighton aforesaid, Spinster, the executor and executrix named in and appointed by the said will), are hereby required to send the particulars, in writing, of their debts and claims to us the undersigned, the.Solicitors of the said executor and executrix, on or before the 1st day of November next, after which day the said executor and executrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testatrix, having regard to those claims only of which they shall then have had notice; and that the said executor and executrix will not be liable for such assets, or any part thereof, to any person or persons whomsoever of whose claims or demands they shall not then have had notice.- Dated this 12th day of September, 1866.
