        Text: Afterwards, the said John Mundaye for the sum of 100 marks to him paid by Nicholas Jenyns, citizen and Alderman of London, by indenture dated, 28 Mar [1527] , 18 Henry 8th. sold the said premises to the said Nicholas and his heirs for ever; which said premises the said William Hayes gent., at the special request of the said John Mundaye by his charter dated 28 Apr [1530] , 22 Henry 8th. demised to the said Nicholas Jenyns, skinner, late Alderman of London and to Margaret his wife, and to Barnard Jenyns, John Worsoopp, Everard Effamatt, Edward Barbour, Henry Standyshe and Alexander Whithead, writer, citizens of London: to hold to them and their heirs to the use of the said Nicholas and Margaret Jenyns, and their heirs for ever: of which said premises the said Dame Margaret Haward, sometime the wife of the said Nicholas Jenyns, after the death of the said Nicholas, was solely seised.
