...the honourable Sir Robert Atkins, knight of the bath; the honourable Sir Edward Atkins, knight, one of the barons of his Majesty's Court of Exchequer, and their heirs in trust, to sell the same for the payment of his debts and legacies, as in and by the said will, relation being thereunto had, may appear, and shortly after dyed. AND WHEREAS the said John, Earl of hath; Thomas, Lord Crew; Bernard Greenville; Sir Robert Atkins; and Sir Edward Atkins, by indentures of lease and release, bearing date the fifth and sixth days of March, in the two and thirtieth year of his Majesty's reign conveyed the said premises, ....
