...Knowledge and mere Motion Have given and granted and by these presents Do give and grant to the aforesaid Mayor and good Men of the said Town of Guiklford in the said County of Surrey all that our yearly rent of Six pounds thirteen shillings and four pence issuing out of the Lands and Tenements called High Pollesdon with the Appurtenances now or late of Dame Joan Bray and now or late in the Tenure of Thomas Marter lying and being in the Parish of Great Bookeham in the said County of Surrey and out of the Lands and Tenements called Champney Avith the Appurtenances now or late of the said Dame Joan Bray and now or late in the Tenure or occupation of Thomas Ilubherd lying and being in the Parish of Stokedaborne in the said County of Surrey And which rent formerly belonged and appertained to the late Chautry of Stokedaborne iu the said county of Surrey now dissolved and to the Cantarist of the same Chantry heretofore and until the Dissolution of the same late Chantry wvas accustomed to be paid.
