        Leaves estate to Mary Aston, referse to court case re fathers will, his illegimate daughter Sarah White one month old, daughter of Sarah White of St Martins in the Field. Witness FR Humphreys, nephew.

        Some connection with the Aston family?? A Mary Aston(above??) leaves a will and mentions Franics Richmond Smyth(sister to John) living with me, and John Richmond Smyth( of the East India Company in Bombay) and her deceased mother Ann Aston.
