AUGUSTA FANNY ROWLAND, Deceased, Pursuant to Statute 22 and 23 Vic., cap. 35. NOTICE is hereby 'given, that all creditors and other persons having any claim against the estate of Augusta Fanny Rowland, late of 239, Woodstock- road1, Oxford, Widow (who died on the 22nd October, 1915), are required to send, particulars of their claims to the undersigned, Solicitor, Mr. Charles Spenser Rowland, Clerk in Holy Orders, and Edward. Walter Spenser Rowland, Captain, R.A.M.C., executors of the will of the deceased1, on or before the 1st March, 1916, after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased, having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice.-Dated 18th January, 1916.
