Notes |
- Possibly the Phillip Neate of Marlborough who was apprenticed to Henry Deacon of London, Cooper in 1726.
According to Annes pedigree he was a Wine merchant at No. 6 or 7 Martins Lane, Cannon Street, London. He was married with a least one daughter and owned a country house at Finchley.
Is he the Philip Neate, bondsman on the marriage of (his sister) Sarah Neate to John Savage at Preshute in 1729?
Possibly the Phillip Neate who married Jane Wilkinson in London in 1740.
Is this a second marriage, a son or no connection?
Marriage Licence Allegation
