        Robert Poyle.('») Will, 10 Sept., 1502 ; to be buried in the Church of St. Frembaron of Fowey ; to the building of the said Church, " all my part of a ship called the De le An of Fowey ;" legacies to Tho. Trevroi (Treffey) and the Vic. of Fowey. Residue to Ric. Haryngton,('') his father-in law, and Tho. Poyle, his brother, whom he appointed executors for the protection of his daughter Joane.
